A RIOT WATCH has been issued for Elizabeth City, NC by the National Riot Association of America. A watch means conditions are favorable for the development of severe riots capable of producing looting, violence and death. In addition to the potential for a riot development, riots that develop within the watch area may contain large thugs, small thugs, soup cans, cement blocks and guns.
A 40-year-old black man was shot and killed by a sheriff’s deputy on Wednesday in Elizabeth City, North Carolina.
According to reports, deputies were serving a search warrant Wednesday morning in the 400 block of Perry Street, off Roanoke Avenue.
The man, 40-year-old Andrew Brown, got into his car and began to drive away when deputies opened fire.
Witnesses said they heard between 6 to 8 gunshots.
The family insists Brown, who was a father to 10 children, was unarmed, however the investigation is still ongoing.
A BLM mob formed at the scene of the shooting Wednesday afternoon.
