Chicago Dude’s Pork Chops

Take 4 pork chops

put some mustard over them, roll them in flour, add salt pepper and put them
on oil until golden brown.

Take them out and put them on plate.

In that oil add 2 spoons of flour, 3 big spoons of ajvar, little
garlic,seasoning, stir it for the minute

and add 2 glasses of water and stir it for another 30 seconds.

Preheat the oven to 400 – 425 F, Oil your pan for baking, and line up the
pork chops in it.

Pour the sauce from the other pan over it. Bake 40 – 45 minutes.

Serve with mashed potatoes.

If your wife is going to eat it, make it with mild ajvar, because it may be
too hot for her.
