China is working on “brain-control weapons” intended to “paralyze” and “control” their opponents, US authorities are warning.
America is sanctioning China’s Academy of Military Medical Sciences and 11 research institutes working alongside them for devising these Orwellian weapons that would take the burgeoning authoritarian technocracy to horrifying new levels if realized.’
Documents produced in 2019 outline the demonic plans by the Chinese to adversely affect the brain chemistry of their enemies.
“War has started to shift from the pursuit of destroying bodies to paralyzing and controlling the opponent,” said the report headlined, “The Future of the Concept of Military Supremacy,” according to a Washington Times translation of the document.
“The focus is to attack the enemy’s will to resist, not physical destruction,” the report stated.
Developments in scientific achievement are “causing the brain to become the main target of offense and defense of new concept weapons,” the report argued, adding that “to win without fighting is no longer far-fetched,” copying a maxim from Sun Tzu’s The Art of War.
Gina Raimondo, the secretary of the US Department of Commerce, warned that China may use these new powers to further control dissidents in their country and stifle their human rights.
“Unfortunately, the People’s Republic of China is choosing to use these technologies to pursue control over its people and its repression of members of ethnic and religious minority groups,” she said.
“We cannot allow US commodities, technologies and software that support medical science and biotechnical innovation to be diverted toward uses contrary to US national security,” Raimondo added.

An expert from the World Health Organization, speaking to The Telegraph under the condition of anonymity, explained that these sort of experiments would explain why there is nothing found in nature similar to SARS‑CoV‑2, the virus that causes COVID-19.“
