Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) is threatening any individual subpoenaed through the Democrats’ Jan. 6 witch hunt committee that they may face criminal charges if refuse to comply with the committee’s overreaching demands.
Cheney is targeting individuals such as former Trump White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, former Trump White House chief strategist Steve Bannon, former Trump White House Deputy Chief of Staff Dan Scavino and former Trump Defense Department official Kash Patel with her threats.
“In general, people are going to have to appear, or, you know, we will move contempt charges against them,” Cheney said.
Cheney has joined up with the Democrats to give them bipartisan cover as they proceed with their Select Committee in the U.S. House of Representatives to paint the mostly-peaceful protest on Jan. 6 as a coordinated terror attack to justify a war on terror police state crackdown in the homeland.
Big League Politics has reported on how no evidence has been found showing that any planning went into violent acts that happened in or around the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6:
“The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is admitting there is no evidence of any sort of insurrection or coup plot regarding the Jan. 6 protest at the U.S. Capitol.
This admission drives a stake through the heart of the Democrats’ push to bring the war on terror to the homeland for use against their political opposition.
Reuters has talked to federal law enforcement officials to confirm that there is no proof showing that President Donald Trump or right-wing groups plotted a coup or insurrection in advance of the event. Instead, it was a mostly peaceful protest against election fraud.
“Ninety to ninety-five percent of these are one-off cases,” said a former senior law enforcement official with knowledge of the investigation. “Then you have five percent, maybe, of these militia groups that were more closely organized. But there was no grand scheme with Roger Stone and Alex Jones and all of these people to storm the Capitol and take hostages.”
While certain individuals may have shown up ready and willing to commit violence, there was no coordinated plot to overthrow the government or attack the U.S. Capitol.”
Cheney has taken the mask off and shown that she never stood for conservative values. She is a subversive enemy of the America First GOP, and her family will go down as one of the most shameful in political history.
