Joe Biden might just have secured his place as the most incompetent president of the United States in history, but Nancy Pelosi long ago secured her place as the most purposely divisive, partisan political hack to ever wield the Speakerâs gavel.
The detached-from-reality statement released by the 81-year-old Pelosi on Sunday praising Bidenâs disastrous handling of the embarrassing âEscape from Afghanistanâ merely secured her position in the top slot.
âThe President is to be commended for the clarity of purpose of his statement on Afghanistan and the actions he has taken.â Â
While youâre letting that sink in, consider this:
Biden Proven Wrong Again, as Helicopters Land on US Embassy Roof
Here was Biden, just three days ago:
âThereâs gonna be no circumstance where you see people being lifted off the roof of a embassy of the United States from Afghanistan. It is not at all comparable.â
All together, now â letâs commend Joe for his âclarity of purpose!â
As I write this article, a report has broken that Americans have been told to âshelter in place,â as embassy staff continues to burn documents â while helicopters circle the U.S. embassy.

Yet, Pelosi? And hereâs where the detached naivete would be laugh-out-loud hilarious â if it were not so sickeningly delusional:
âThe Taliban must know that the world is watching its actions. We are deeply concerned about reports regarding the Talibanâs brutal treatment of all Afghans, especially women and girls.
âThe U.S., the international community and the Afghan government must do everything we can to protect women and girls from inhumane treatment by the Taliban.â
What planet is this woman from? Nancy, lemme clue you, a bit, mmkay?
Did the Taliban give a damn that âthe world was watchingâ the last time it brutally ruled Afghanistan? Did it give a damn who watched as it went home to home, kidnapping girls as young as 12 years old to take as âwivesâ? Did it care if the world watched as it burned women and girls alive if they showed their hair in public? Your delusion is breathtaking, Madam Speaker.
The delusion continued.
âAny political settlement that the Afghans pursue to avert bloodshed must include having women at the table. The fate of women and girls in Afghanistan is critical to the future of Afghanistan.
âAs we strive to assist women, we must recognize that their voices are important, and all must listen to them for solutions, respectful of their culture. There is bipartisan support to assist the women and girls of Afghanistan.
âOne of the successes of U.S.- NATO cooperation in Afghanistan was the progress made by women and girls. We must all continue to work together to ensure that is not eroded.
Finally, one more heaping of platitude on the most inept president in history:
âOnce again, I want to acknowledge the clarity of purpose of President Bidenâs statement and the wisdom of his actions.
âCongress shares the Presidentâs concern for Afghans who have assisted U.S. efforts in country, and we passed Special Immigrant Visa (SIV) legislation to provide for their relocation on a strong, bipartisan basis.
âMost of all, we join the President in acknowledging the sacrifices of our men and women in uniform and their families.â
Such an embarrassment. Quintessential Democrat pablum that means zero to anybody but them, and serves only to make them feel good about themselves. Just regurgitating hollow, moral nonsense that means nothing in reality â particularly, to the most brutal terrorist organization on the planet.
But, hey â maybe Pelosi should send a House âwatchdog groupâ to Afghanistan, comprised of #MeToo women, to make sure the Taliban terrorists heed her warning.
Donât misunderstand my position. I have not only supported the withdrawal of American forces from Afghanistan for years; I was opposed to large-scale U.S. involvement in that pretend country from the beginning. History has clearly taught us that foreign efforts to âchangeâ Afghanistan have not ended well for those attempting to affect the change.
That said, how we left Afghanistan â vs. leaving Afghanistan â were two different issues.
It didnât have to end this way. And we will pay for it. This disaster will follow us home. Trust me.
Someone else with similar thoughts is retired four-star general and former Vice Chief of Staff of the United States Army, Gen. Jack Keane, who shared his thoughts on the disastrous collapse during a Friday appearance on âFox and Friends.â
Gen. Jack Keane Blasts Bidenâs âEmbarrassing Retreatâ From Afghanistan, Offers an Alternative
Hereâs one thought from Gen. Keane:
âThe withdrawal should have been done during, what? The winter. And we should have extended our withdrawal out until sometime next year to get all of that done and make certain that as the Taliban offensive came this year, we were able to provide the resources to counter that offensive.â
Just me, or does that sound like logic 101?
As I was finishing this article, this late report came out:
US Ambassador to Afghanistan Has Taken Down Our Flag From the Embassy, Fled Country
But, hey â at least the most inept president in the history of the United States should be commended for his clarity of purpose.
