- On Monday, it offered $10 million for information leading to the ISIS-K emir
- It said he was responsible for approving all ISIS-K operations in Afghanistan
- He is known as one of the group’s ‘urban lions’ for his role planning Kabul attacksĀ
- The State Department also offered $10 million for information leading to the terroristsĀ behind the suicide attack on Kabul airport in August last year
