Former U.S. Rep. Anthony Weiner grew unexpectedly angry and went off on a podcast host after he brought up the disgraced Democratic congressman’s past as well as an unfounded conspiracy theory involving Bill and Hillary Clinton, who are friends of his.

Weiner, a registered sex offender who had previously served time in prison for sexting a minor, made an appearance on Patrick Bet-David’s YouTube podcast. During the interview, tensions escalated as the host started reading a list of names from an obscure website, individuals who were closely associated with the Clintons and had passed away.

Weiner didn’t appreciate Bet-David’s remarks about the Clintons and asked him to retract them.

“How is it that reputation that follows them as people close to them die? Why is that a story that many people believe in,” Bet-David asked the former Democratic congressman.

“Are the Clintons in their seventies yet? You don’t think I can make a list of other people who are 70-something years old and say, this person died, that person died,” Weiner responded.

“You’re asking a bizarre question,” he added. “You had a list of people off an obscure website taking a Venn diagram of everyone that ever worked in the orbit of someone who served in public life for 50 years, and you listed them, including people in the military, including strangers… and you are implying that simply that something nefarious is afoot.”

The conversation then began to become more heated after Bet-David referred to Weiner as a bully while the former lawmaker demanded that the host apologize to the families of the individuals who are deceased.

Earlier this month, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, suggested that the panel could open new investigations into Hillary Clinton’s email scandal that erupted ahead of the 2016 election.

Jordan discussed Special Counsel John Durham’s final report into the origins of the Trump-Russia probe and suggested that investigations conducted by his committee may expand to include former President Bill Clinton and first lady Hillary Clinton.

He declared the alleged targeting of former President Donald Trump gives many Americans a big reason to question future elections and government agencies, adding that the Durham report made clear people need to go to jail.

“Do you want to see another investigation of Hillary and Bill Clinton? Because in the Durham report, John Durham wrote that while they were pursuing Trump, they made no effort to investigate the claim that Hillary Clinton was taking money from foreigners for her Clinton Global Initiative and the Clinton Foundation,” Fox host Maria Bartiromo asked.

“They not only didn’t investigate her like they did President Trump, but they also gave her campaign a defensive briefing!” Jordan replied. “They should have done the same for President Trump because they had no evidence.”

“We’re going to give that a good hard look,” he continued, saying that he would consult with his lawyers and House Speaker Kevin McCarthy. “But nothing is off the table because it is critical the American people understand how their government, their agencies have been turned on them, the taxpayer, and we get all the facts out there.”

In his report, Durham said he found that the FBI used “uncorroborated intelligence” when it launched its investigation into Trump before the 2016 presidential election and that agents repeatedly failed to maintain “strict fidelity to the law” throughout the probe.

In addition, Durham confirmed a Hillary Clinton connection to the bogus ‘Russia’ investigation of the 2016 Trump campaign, per the Daily Caller:

The report noted that the FBI received intelligence that Hillary Clinton’s campaign approved “a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisors to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by Russian security services,” specifically one that involved “tying him to Putin and the Russians’ hacking of the Democratic National Committee” to distract the public from her email scandals.
