College staffer went to open box and was hit with blast – landing them in the hospital
- Northeastern University said the package was delivered to Holmes Hall on Leon Street around 7pm Tuesday night and detonated when a staff member opened it
- Boston Bomb Squad, Boston Police, Boston fire and Boston Emergency Medical Services responded to the incident
- One reporter says the Federal Bureau of Investigation is currently coordinating with Boston Police on the matter
- Terrorism has not been ruled out by authorities, as investigations continue. People have also been asked to avoid the area
