Jeffrey Epstein kept blackmail videos that showed Bill Clinton, Donald Trump and Richard Branson having sex with women he supplied them with, according to the latest bombshell claims in newly-unsealed court documents.
In the latest dump of papers – made public on Monday – are emails sent by Epstein victim Sarah Ransome to DailyMail.com columnist Maureen Callahan in 2016. At the time, Callahan worked for The New York Post and was reporting on Epstein.
Ransome claimed in those emails that Trump had sex with ‘many girls’, including a friend of hers who is not named, who she says also slept with Bill Clinton and Virgin billionaire Richard Branson.
She retracted all her claims, telling Callahan she wanted to ‘walk away from this’, citing fears for her family.
In 2019, The New Yorker said Ransome admitted to ‘inventing’ the tapes.
It is claimed that Epstein filmed each of these sexual encounters – and that the woman involved also obtained copies of the tapes.
No such footage has ever been publicly uncovered. The FBI is now under pressure to release hundreds of items of evidence that was photographed during a raid on Epstein’s mansion in 2019 but that was never seized.
In a 2016 email, Epstein victim Sarah Ransome told Maureen Callahan that her friend had sex with Trump, Clinton and Richard Branson. She claimed Epstein took videos of the encounters that she had seen the footage
Ransome claimed to have a friend who had slept with Donald Trump. Her description of their encounters is above
There are also claims of Sergey Brin visiting Epstein’s island with his fiancée Anne Wojcicki
Ransome said she wanted to ensure neither Hillary Clinton nor Trump won the 2016 election. ‘I will take down Epstein and his bunch of cronies myself!’ she said, adding that she had also contacted a Russian newspaper
‘She confided in me about her casual ‘friendship’ with Donald,’ Ransome said of the unnamed friend, whose age is not revealed.
Ransome claimed to have been sent footage by her friend that showed her having sex with Clinton, Trump and Branson, but said she could not share the videos without her friend’s consent.
A spokesman for Virgin told DailyMail.com today: ‘In a New Yorker report published in 2019, Ransome admitted that she had “invented” the tapes.
‘We can confirm that Sarah Ransome’s claims are baseless and unfounded.’
Trump has not yet responded to the claims in the legal filing.
In her email to Callahan retracting the claims, Ransome said: ‘I want to walk away from this…I shouldn’t have contacted you and I’m sorry I wasted your time. It’s not worth coming forward and I will never be heard anyhow and only bad things will happen as a consequence of me going public.
‘This will just create pain for my family and I and they have already helped me pick up the pieces once before. I can’t ask them to do that again.’
They were included in a filing that was unsealed today in which Alan Dershowitz, Trump’s former lawyer, argued why his name and the names of other prominent figures needed to remain anonymous.
Other files contain previously unseen photos of scantily-clad women on the island.
Virginia Giuffre, who sued Ghislaine Maxwell for defamation and claims she had sex with Prince Andrew, said the names should be made public.
None of the women are named and Trump has repeatedly denied having any involvement in Epstein’s seedy lifestyle.
Another batch of documents from the infamous Jeffrey Epstein files have been released.
The court unsealed 17 exhibits on Monday – the latest in the stream of papers to have been made public over the last week.
The first exhibit, filed by Virginia Giuffre‘s lawyers against Ghislaine Maxwell, claims Maxwell and everyone who worked for Epstein used a secret server to communicate.
The server – called MindSpring – was used by household staff to communicate about daily tasks and events.
One employee complained about how ‘ridiculous’ it became, explaining that Epstein would demand a ‘coffee’ or ‘orange juice’ through the server and multiple employees when they were all in the same house.
Giuffre’s lawyers contended that Maxwell only provided discovery materials from some of her email accounts. They claimed she had another that would include incriminating information. Maxwell denied it.
One newly-uploaded exhibit is a previously sealed transcript from a hearing regarding whether Epstein should be forced to give testimony.
Both Maxwell and Giuffre wanted him to – but he declined, repeatedly saying that he would not answer questions for fear of criminal prosecution.
All of the filings come from a 2015 defamation lawsuit that Giuffre filed against Maxwell.
At the time, Giuffre had gone public with her claims against Prince Andrew, Maxwell and Epstein. She said she’d been sexually trafficked to the royal by Maxwell and Epstein, who she claimed abused countless other girls in similar ways.
Maxwell, Epstein and Prince Andrew denied her allegations.
Giuffre sued Maxwell for publicly labeling her a liar. The case was settled in 2017 – two years before Epstein was charged and later died by suicide – and before Maxwell’s arrest.
They have become public now after repeated requests from the media and some of those caught up in the scandal, who pleaded for transparency from the court.
What was expected was a list that unmasked the 187 Jane and John Does whose names were previously protected.
The court has not fulfilled that request, and instead has published hundreds upon hundreds of pages where the names were previously redacted.
