House Oversight and Accountability Committee Chair James Comer, R-Ky., on Monday released subpoenaed bank records showing that Hunter Biden used a business entity to make monthly payments to his father, President Joe Biden.

The payments to Joe Biden came after Hunter Biden’s business account, Owasco PC, received money from Chinese-state linked companies and other foreign nationals and companies, according to financial records obtained by Comer’s panel.

“Hunter Biden’s legal team and the White House’s media allies claim Hunter’s corporate entities never made payments directly to Joe Biden. We can officially add this latest talking point to the list of lies,” Comer said in a statement.

“This wasn’t a payment from Hunter Biden’s personal account but an account for his corporation that received payments from China and other shady corners of the world.”

Hunter Biden currently is under investigation by the Department of Justice for using the Owasco PC corporate account for tax evasion and other serious crimes.

Comer’s committee is probing alleged influence peddling by Joe Biden via his families’ foreign business dealings.

Republicans on the House panel say payments to Joe Biden from Hunter’s Owasco PC corporate account are part of a pattern revealing the president knew about, participated in, and benefited from his family’s influence peddling schemes.

Based on whistleblower testimony, the DOJ tried to prevent investigators from asking questions about Joe Biden.

“The more we learn, it appears the Justice Department was trying to cover up for the Bidens — until brave IRS whistleblowers came forward and a federal judge rejected the sweetheart plea deal,” Comer said.

“Payments from Hunter’s business entity to Joe Biden are now part of a pattern revealing Joe Biden knew about, participated in, and benefited from his family’s influence-peddling schemes.”

The oversight committee has identified more than 20 shell companies and uncovered how the Bidens and their associates raked in over $24 million dollars between 2015 and 2019 by selling Joe Biden as “the brand.”

The president has insisted he never spoke to his son about foreign business dealings.

It was reported last week that the oversight committee had obtained an email from an investigator showing he raised concerns in 2018 about money from China that allegedly was used to fund a $40,000 check to Joe Biden.

The email shows the investigator’s concerns about an initial $5 million funding from Northern International Capital Holdings — an affiliate of CEFC China Energy, which is linked to the Chinese government — and “subsequent erratic payments” to Hudson West III, Hunter Biden’s joint venture with a Chinese national, and Owasco PC.
