- The People’s Convoy nearly doubled its donations Friday morning after raising more than $850,000 to support its journey to Washington, DC
- The group was pictured traveling eastbound on I-40 in an eight-mile long cavalcade Friday morning near Albuquerque, New Mexico; their next stop will be in Texas
- The truckers have called on President Joe Biden to end the National Emergency and to lift all COVID-19 vaccine and mask mandates, despite most states already having started to roll them back
- The convoy will reach DC by March 5, where they will be joined by approximately 25 other truck motorcades
- Although the California-based People’s Convoy has seen outpours of support, a Pennsylvania truck convoy – led by Bob Bolus – doesn’t appear to be as successful
- Bolus claims his group, which is only comprised of eight vehicles, once had 50 travelers, but journalists trailing the convoy claim it ‘never came near having a dozen vehicles’
