No-show Paul Pelosi pleads NOT guilty to DUI charges two months after slamming into a Jeep and totaling his Porsche following a boozy dinner party in Napa County
- Paul Pelosi on Wednesday pleaded not guilty to two counts of driving under the influence, two months after his arrest in Napa County, California
- The 82-year-old husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi did not appear in court for his arraignment and was instead represented by his lawyer
- The 10-minute hearing concluded with a settlement conference being scheduled for August 23
- Pelosi was arrested by California Highway Patrol in Yountville on May 28 while driving to his St. Helena home after a boozy dinner and found to have a .08% BAC
- He was attempting to cross State Road 29 when he slammed into a 2014 Jeep driven by Jesus Lopez, 48, and totaled his Porsche
- At the time, wife Nancy Pelosi was on official business in Rhode Island at the time and swiftly distanced herself from the incident
- The House Speaker is currently on a tour of the Far East, which included her controversial visit to Taiwan on Tuesday, and is set to travel to South Korea today
