Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has revealed an offer to Joe Biden that he believes would shake up the 2024 election and help one of them defeat Donald Trump.

The nephew of former President John F. Kennedy and the son of former Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy has kept running as a third-party candidate after losing to Biden in the Democrat primary.

Recent polls show him garnering nine percent of the vote as an independent in a multi-way race with Biden, Trump and other candidates.

In a one-one-one interview with Dr. Phil to be aired tonight ahead of the presidential debate, the longtime activist and environmental lawyer says he has offered Biden a deal that would prevent him from being a ‘spoiler’ candidate and would help defeat Trump.

‘We will co-fund a poll together, the two of us in October, and whomever is least likely to beat Donald Trump will withdraw,’ he tells Dr Phil in the interview on Merit Plus.

Kennedy has consistently cited a Zogby Analysis poll that shows Trump beating Biden if he’s in or in a two-way race, while RFK Jr. would defeat the Republican or Biden head-to-head.

The independent has his doubts about whether Biden would accept the deal, which he says is still on the table, and claims it proves he’s not trying to throw the election.

‘Do I expect that he will take that deal? No, but I’m not a spoiler. A spoiler is somebody who cannot win and they stay in and disrupt the expectations of somebody who can,’ Kennedy clarified.

He says that Biden has not even given his deal a response at this stage.

Kennedy had been running as a Democrat but last fall switched his ticket to run as an independent and is aiming to appear on state ballots right across the country in a bid to take on Biden and Trump arguing both are unfit to serve.

Although his campaign is aiming to pull together signatures from all 50 states before the deadline, experts have suggested that Kennedy would only need a handful of key battleground states in order to have potential impact to the result on election day.

Kennedy was refused access to the first debate between Biden and Trump which will take place Thursday night.

He told Dr. Phil that he believes the Biden campaign told CNN they would boycott the debate if Kennedy were given access.
