Former President Donald Trump was spotted exiting Trump tower heading to day 2 of his second defamation trial in the E. Jean Carroll case.

The “Ask E. Jean” columnist is set to testify against the former president Wednesday.

The trial playing out in a Manhattan federal court is the second one in Carroll’s case.

In May, a jury found the former commander-in-chief liable for sexually abusing and defaming the writer but cleared him of her rape claim.

All that’s left to decide now is how much Trump must pay in in damages. Carroll is asking for more than $10 million — on top of $5 million that jurors ordered him to cough up last spring.

Jurors will hear the infamous “Access Hollywood” tape in which Trump was caught bragging to host Billy Bush bragging about grabbing women “by the p—y.” 🙄

Accuser E. Jean Carroll testified when Trump called her a liar it ‘ended the world’ for her, tanked advice career

Accuser E. Jean Carroll says when Donald Trump called her a liar — some 26 times in a public statement from the White House — it “ended the world that I had been living in.”

Carroll read from a transcript of the former president’s statement which he made in June 2019 while in office, debunking his comments as lies including when he said he had “no idea who this woman is.”

She said that the real estate tycoon wanted the world to know “that people like me should pay dearly.”

“I’ve paid just about as dearly as it’s possible to pay,” she added.

Carroll in June 2019 went public with her allegations that Trump sexually assaulted her in a Bergdorf Goodman fitting room in 1996 and Trump made statements shortly after.

“To have the president of the United States, one of the most powerful persons on earth, calling me a liar for there days and saying I’m a liar 26 times — I counted them — it ended the world that I had been living in.”

The “Ask E. Jean” advice columnist said before Trump’s comments she received some 200 emails per month asking for relationship advice and after his statements that number dwindled to just eight per month.

Trump lawyer Alina Habba has heated exchange with judge after asking to delay trial for third time: ‘Sit down’

Donald Trump’s lawyer Alina Habba had a heated exchange Wednesday morning with Judge Lewis Kaplan, who told her to “sit down” after she kept trying to argue that the trial should be delayed for the funeral of the former president’s mother-in-law.

The exchange took place right before E. Jean Carroll took the witness stand and was the third attempt by Trump’s team to pause the trial on Thursday for the services for Amalija Knavs, Melania Trump’s mother.

“The application is denied. I will hear no further argument on it,” Kaplan said after Habba asked for the trial to be pushed back for the funeral.

Habba then tried to speak — but Kaplan cut her off.

“None. Do you understand that word?” the jurist said.

“I don’t like to be spoken to that way, your honor,” Habba shot back.

She then tried asking for a trial delay for a third time — and Kaplan cut her off again.

“It’s denied. All right, sit down, Ms. Habba,” the judge said.

Over the weekend, Trump’s side made a request in writing to postpone the trial for a week because of the death — which Kaplan denied at the time.

Then on Tuesday, Habba asked for a one-day adjournment, which Kaplan denied again.

Trump is not required to be present at the trial, which is a civil rather than a criminal proceeding.

Mysterious red marks were seen on Donald Trump’s right hand as he left Trump Tower for Manhattan federal court to face down accuser E. Jean Carroll, who was poised to testify against him Wednesday morning.
