Former president Donald Trump released a rousing campaign ad Saturday on his Truth Social account featuring the UNC fraternity brothers and others across the nation who stood up against the radical pro-Hamas protesters on their campuses.
Despite what it can seem like when you turn on the news, not all college students are anti-Israel and supporters of terrorists—in fact, there’s a whole bunch of them who don’t like what’s going on either.
Trump has been paying attention, and his new spot shows video clips of many of these events set to soaring music. “While campuses struggle to get control of their students, at UNC-Chapel Hill, they are bringing order back,” the video begins.

In the ad, we see the violent pro-Hamas mobs across the country, but then we cut to students like the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill frat brothers who protected the American flag at their campus’ demonstration. The brothers from the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity are now famous, and country star John Rich has announced he will play a concert for them to honor their patriotism:
“When I saw the guys at UNC holding that flag up, making sure it did not hit the ground, it told me a lot about them,” said musician John Rich. He was so impressed that he offered to perform for free at whatever party eventually took place.
“We’re gonna call the show ‘Flagstock.’ It’s gonna be an absolute blast, man,” Rich told NewsNation’s “On Balance” Thursday. “We may have to write a specific song about it.”
The ad showed patriotic actions at other campuses as well:
The ad continued, splicing together news segments from Fox News and “Primetime with Jesse Watters,” where they responded to the students who demonstrated.
The ad said the students “stood strong” despite being “pelted with bottles and rocks.” It called the UNC fraternity brothers the “most popular college students” and said they were “patriotic” for defending the American flag.
Contrast Trump’s ad to the “leadership” shown by President Biden, who, in his weak remarks about all the violence, took the time to decry Islamophobia. Seriously? Are Muslim students being chanted at, harassed, and prevented even from going to class? I haven’t seen it.
Trump’s ad is a nice reminder that there are still plenty of patriots in this country, and just because the loudest mouths are the ones in the news right now, it doesn’t mean they’re in the majority.
Hopefully, there will be a massive backlash against the progressive, leftist revolutionaries come November.
