San Diego woman Deanna Beck suing waste management company after she’s IMPALED by a garbage truck
Deanna Beck was walking through the parking garage of her apartment complex on February 5, 2021, when she was hit by a Waste Management vehicle
Beck, a former SeaWorld dolphin trainer, suffered injuries to her spine, neck and tailbone and a traumatic brain injury that has caused neurological issues
The lawsuit filed at San Diego Central Courthouse alleges the driver was on his phone at the time and did not see her. She is seeking damages of over $25,000
