San Diego woman Deanna Beck suing waste management company after she’s IMPALED by a garbage truck
- Deanna Beck was walking through the parking garage of her apartment complex on February 5, 2021, when she was hit by a Waste Management vehicle
- Beck, a former SeaWorld dolphin trainer, suffered injuries to her spine, neck and tailbone and a traumatic brain injury that has caused neurological issues
- The lawsuit filed at San Diego Central Courthouse alleges the driver was on his phone at the time and did not see her. She is seeking damages of over $25,000
